het grote gevaar hier is dat te specifiek op de microbiome gekeken wordt. en dat vervolgens allerlei conclusies getrokken worden die pas veel later ill-fated zullen blijken.
ze moeten het grotere plaatje in ogenschouw nemen. met andere woorden wat is de relatie van de microbiome met het genome. ook zaken als de relatie van virussen met de darm (Peyer's Patches en IgAD) tellen mee.
ga je niet uit van een grotere plaatje, dan loopt het vroeg of laat ergens vast...

Het lijkt me niet onmogelijk om een Nederlands of Europees MS POEP onderzoek op te zetten.

ik zou ook mee willen doen en geloof echt dat dit 1 puzzelstukje is. ik geloof ook dat we met een poep-transplantatie (geloof dat ze dat in leiden doen/onderzoeken) wel eens vooruit kunnen gaan.
